Delivery policy
General information
Sophine Baby delivers throughout Romania within 1–3 business days from the order placement.
At the time of delivery, presenting a valid ID is mandatory.
Free delivery within Romania for orders over 250 RON.
The courier generally delivers between 9 AM and 5 PM. Please consider this time frame when choosing your delivery address to maximize the chances of being present at the address.
Delivery fees are included on the invoice. You will only need to pay the cash-on-delivery amount (for orders with cash-on-delivery payment) and no additional fees to the courier.
Payment for orders
You can pay online with a bank card.
For online card payments, you need to fill out a form with your card information on the secure page of the payment processor. Payments with credit/debit cards issued under the Visa and MasterCard brands (Visa / Visa Electron and Mastercard / Maestro) are processed through the “3-D Secure” system developed by the organizations that ensure online transactions have the same level of security as those made at ATMs or in physical stores.
“3-D Secure” primarily ensures that no information related to your card is ever transferred or stored on the store’s servers or the payment processor’s servers; these data are entered directly into Visa and MasterCard systems.
IMPORTANT: No additional fees are charged for card payments.
