Return service policy

Sophine customers can return products purchased on www.sophine-baby.com within 14 calendar days, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Return outlined in this Policy.

The cost of shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and in the case of a return, the shipping fee paid at delivery is non-refundable. According to the provisions of Law 249/2015 (updated), for compliance with Article 14, products must be returned only in their original packaging.

Customers who wish to cancel a purchase and request a return can use this service by completing the Return Form displayed on the website. Products can be returned ONLY with attached labels and without any signs of wear or washing.

What to do:

  1. Prepare and properly secure the product you want to return by placing it in the product box, then put the box in a bag and seal it with tape.

  2. Contact any courier company and request pickup from your desired address. For product safety, we recommend using courier companies that provide delivery confirmation / tracking (e.g., FAN Courier, Urgent Cargus, DPD, etc.).

  3. Fill out the return form on the website clearly with accurate and complete information. Don’t forget to specify your bank account (opened at a bank in Romania, in RON currency) so that the refund can be processed.

  4. Send the package to: Strada Mărului nr.17, Prejmer, Brasov, 507165

  5. The value of the returned product will be refunded within 14 calendar days from the date of pickup.

 

Important to note:

If returned products are damaged, incomplete, show signs of wear, scratches, impacts, or missing accessories, we reserve the right to withhold a portion of the product’s value (including VAT). The amount will be communicated after assessing the damages.
